Sender is responsible for creating an appropriate, precise, targeted message in the brain, because if the message is not appropriate it will not be useful in the communication. Sender is responsible to format the message and deliver using the medium. If the sender is not delivering the message properly then the receiver cannot understand it. Similarly receiver is responsible for the effective communication because he is required to receive the communication. The receiving process of communication involves various steps, i.e., hearing and comprehending the received message. The receiver is responsible for properly hearing the message, if he is not attentive to during hearing process, the process does not work as effectively as it should have.
