Supp 3.1.
Martha and Nick share the rights to use a certain store location, but they have separate
businesses, and only one can use the space at a time.
To minimize the costs and hassles of turnover, they
agree that each year, one should get the space from January 1 until a certain date, and the other should get
the space for the remainder of the year.
They agree to use the DividerChooser method to make a fair
division of the access time to the store location.
Martha values each month from January through April twice as much as each month from May through
December.
Nick values each month from March through June twice as much as each month from January through
February or July through December.
