James Tilley Media Lab 1 Question 2 I am comparing my diet with my wife’s. Let me paint a picture of our self’s. I am 33years old 5’10 and 200 pounds, my wife is 5’5 and 120. We have two kids and I didn’t have them. Angie’s works out to Denise Austin every morning for twenty minutes. I run on a tread mill for 15-20 minutes a few times week, but I talk myself out of exercising very easy. One of the major difference’s in our food intake is she eats little portion but they are high in fat. I eat healthy 80% of the time. I have recently ended my love of beer. Just cutting out the beer has made a major difference. I have 4-5 cup of coffee in the morning

The improvements that I must apply are stick to a set exercising routine. The drastic changes have been made just over a month now. I have lost ten pounds from my recent changes to my diet. The improvements that my wife must apply are to eat healthier foods and replace the soft drinks with her recommended water intake.
