Evgeniy Bukatin Pr. Adou-Dy BUS 308 November 2, 2011 Chapter 6 – Ethical Dilemma 1. Taking all the factors to consideration, I wouldn't cover the cost of Caribbean cruise for the potential customer and his wife. There is no reliability of getting his business, even if the representative gave a hint of buying them off with the cruise. I also know that the representative's employer wouldn't approve of such a pay-off. 2. If I would have an autographed CD by Sean Combs and I would like to sell it, of course I want to make the most out of it. I would definitely sell it to my friend who offers 100 dollars for it despite the fact that I would be able to sell it for 74.50 dollars on eBay. I think it is not unfair because the friend has offered the money himself; I didn't set any price limits for him. I don't think I'm obligated of telling him that I have listed the CD on eBay. He could have checked the eBay and prices for those CDs before offering me that money. I think it is definitely justified to take the money that he offers.
