Personality traits explain some of the behavior that may cause others to touch others at work. Extraverts are knows to be assertive, social, and interested in seeking out external stimulus. Extravert person may think it is normal to touch someone’s shoulder to get the attention or hug co- workers. I also believe that females touch other females more because it is part of their nature. I believe it is normal if co-workers hug each other sometimes or touch each other normal way to get attention. It is a different story who feels uncomfortable when someone touches you. Introverts are tending to be quiet and less sociable. They may think that touches from other co-workers are uncomfortable or unacceptable. 2. I believe it is normal if teacher would touch my shoulder to get my attention or wants to talk to me. I believe that touching your co-workers is normal if you don't cross the line
