Lessons 10-19 (inclusive) BRING YOUR STUDENT ID TO THE EXAM WITH YOU. 15 multiple-choice, machine-graded problems Only your answer sheet is graded so make sure you have answered all questions the way you want. The only formulas provided on the exam, if needed, are the factoring formulas for the sum or difference of two cubes and the volume/surface area of a sphere or cylinder. You are responsible for knowing all other formulas used on homework problems. Bring a one or two line, scientific calculator with you to the exam. You will not be allowed to use a multi- line, graphing, or programmable calculator,
