Sharepoint vs Google docs- Sharepoint is a collaboration tool that allows you to connect with Microsoft. Google docs is also a collaboration tool, however it allows you to connect with Google. Sharepoint has over 100 million users worldwide and is usually for bigger companies that want their privacy, while Google Docs is a less expensive and used by smaller companies.
