Some decisions are minor, some major, and many fall in-between. Some decisions require significant thought due to their importance in our lives. One technique to use in making important decisions is a matrix termed decision modeling. This technique allows a visual graph presentation of criteria to consider in the decision making process, as well as different weightings for each criterion selected for each alternative that is under consideration. In the following decision modeling matrix, determine two (2) decisions that you want to make in the coming months (2011). Decide four (4) criteria for each of your decisions and the different weightings for each criterion to use for each possible alternative. Give three (3) alternatives for each decision to be made.
