This also speaks about the benefits that companies receive as a whole when outsourcing employees. Agencies must do a better job of educating the temporary employees so that they are fully aware of the pros and cons. Most are so happy to have a job, that they do not pay attention to the lack of benefits that are provided for them. Even though these people aren't permanent employees, they still provide reliability and quality work. By giving them a little more motivation and including them in the company events, we can motivate them to not give up. If we continue to lack in this area, we will lose headcount and production will fall greatly. This kind of negativity can not be apparent during this economic downturn.
