With the country in its current economical state, communication is lacking to those that are desperate for employment. This is when they become unaware of the pros and cons of being outsourced through a temporary agency.

Corporate Pros Reliable Headcount - Reliable Headcount - Contracted employees are always there. Do not take day off because they do not get vacation or sick pay. Cost Reduction - Cost Reduction - Less pay for equal amount of work. No benefits to pay for. Recruitment - Recruitment - Can hire contracted temps while testing them out at the same time to see if they are a good fit.
