I believe the most significant benefits of exercise is physiological benefit such as, increased efficiency of heart muscle, and decreased percent of body fat. .etc. The benefits of exercise for health for our bodies had been long proven. In order to stay healthy, is not only how to eat but also exercise well. Regular exercise is an important part of health lifestyle. People who lead an active life are less likely to get ill and more likely to live longer. For instance, exercise can reduce your risk of heart disease and stroke, and also help to reduce high blood pressure. Also, Obesity and overweight rates continue to soar among American kids and adult. This decline in health is attributed to a lifestyle based around junk food and lack of exercise. Exercise will help them tremendously to tone up and shed excess body fat. In addition, exercise not only makes us physically fitter, it also improves our mental health and general sense of well-being.
