Objectives Our main objectives for this project are to achieve a cost effective, environment- friendly and efficient design. These three factors must be considered in the following  tasks: Selecting the pipe diameters. Locating the reservoir. Choosing the material of the pipes. Achieving a junction pressure at all junctions of 300 to 400 KPa. Introduction In fluid dynamics, pipe network analysis is the analysis of the  flow through a pipe  network, containing several or many interconnected branches. The aim of the analysis  is to determine the  flow rates  and  pressure drops  in the individual sections of the  network.  Initial guesses will be made and decisions regarding the material used will  be discussed among the group members, then using WaterCad we will be able to  design our pipe network and hence achieve the above objectives.  5
