Design a BJT Widlar current source to bias 2 stages.  The current needed for the  first stage is 100 µA and will use a 200   resistor.  The second stage requires 150  µA.   Find the resistors needed for both the reference current and the second  Widlar stage.  The circuit is  powered by bus voltages of V CC  = 10 V and V EE  =  -10 V.  Assume silicon devices with V f  = 0.7 V and  η  = 1. 3.
