Lab Session #10 - Operational Amplifiers Randall Robert Purpose: To study the performance of some typical op-amp circuits. Assembly: For all procedures, connect the figures in the lab manual and record the output using the scope. Procedures: (all figures are on page 4 of this report) 1. Comparator. (figure 1), Apply a 1kHz sine wave with a 1V p-p voltage. This is the graph of the input and output of this circuit. This graph was taken with 1 volt divisions and .2sec divisions. ●Does the output change if you reduce the input voltage to 0.1V? No. ●What is the effect of grounding the + input and connecting the signal to the input? 180 degree phase shift. 1
