EE2231 Lab Session 8 Name 1 Assignment Complete experiment eight in the lab manual. Submit your report one week after the lab session. The lab assistant must initial each procedure as it is completed. This sheet must be submitted at the end of the lab to receive credit for any practical work. Procedures Complete the procedures listed in experiment 8 in the lab manual (bipolar transis- tors). Record all data in your lab notebook. Be sure to answer all questions in your report. A brief breakdown of procedures is listed below for grading purposes. Points for each task are listed as ( practical/report ). 1. Assemble figure 1 and create table of ouput vs. input. (10/10) 2. Assemble figure 2 and create table of ouput vs. input. (10/10) (a) Apply sinusoidal input and record perfromance. (10/10) (b) Bypass the emitter and record performance (10/10) (c) Apply a square wave and record output. (10/10) Spice Sample Output To help you verify your results the plot in figure 1 contains the voltage at the collector of figure 2 in the manual when using the bypass capacitor.
