R. 1 AN ACT Making appropriations for the Department of Defense and the other departments and agencies of the Government for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2011, and for other purposes. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-1 tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2 2 HR 1 EH SECTION 1. TABLE OF CONTENTS. 1 The table of contents for this Act is as follows: 2 Division ADepartment of Defense Appropriations Act, 2011 Division BFull-Year Continuing Appropriations for Fiscal Year 2011 Division CStimulus Rescissions Division DMiscellaneous Provisions SEC. 2. REFERENCES. 3 Except as expressly provided otherwise, any reference 4 to this Act contained in division A of this Act shall be 5 treated as referring only to the provisions of that division. 6 DIVISION ADEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE 7 APPROPRIATIONS ACT, 2011 8 The following sums are appropriated, out of any 9 money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the 10 fiscal year ending September 30, 2011, for military func-11 tions administered by the Department of Defense and for 12 other purposes, namely: 13 TITLE I 14 MILITARY PERSONNEL 15 M ILITARY P ERSONNEL , A RMY 16 For pay, allowances, individual clothing, subsistence, 17 interest on deposits, gratuities, permanent change of sta-18 tion travel (including all expenses thereof for organiza-19 tional movements), and expenses of temporary duty travel 20 between permanent duty stations, for members of the 21 Army on active duty, (except members of reserve compo-22 nents provided for elsewhere), cadets, and aviation cadets; 23 3 HR 1 EH for members of the Reserve Officers Training Corps; and 1 for payments pursuant to section 156 of Public Law 97 2 377, as amended (42 U.S.C. 402 note), and to the Depart-3 ment of Defense Military Retirement Fund, 4 $41,042,653,000. 5 M ILITARY P ERSONNEL , N AVY 6 For pay, allowances, individual clothing, subsistence, 7 interest on deposits, gratuities, permanent change of sta-8 tion travel (including all expenses thereof for organiza-9 tional movements), and expenses of temporary duty travel 10 between permanent duty stations, for members of the 11 Navy on active duty (except members of the Reserve pro-12 vided for elsewhere), midshipmen, and aviation cadets; for 13 members of the Reserve Officers Training Corps; and for 14 payments pursuant to section 156 of Public Law 97377, 15 as amended (42 U.S.C. 402 note), and to the Department 16 of Defense Military Retirement Fund, $25,912,449,000. 17 M ILITARY P ERSONNEL , M ARINE C ORPS 18 For pay, allowances, individual clothing, subsistence, 19 interest on deposits, gratuities, permanent change of sta-20 tion travel (including all expenses thereof for organiza-21 tional movements), and expenses of temporary duty travel 22 between permanent duty stations, for members of the Ma-23 rine Corps on active duty (except members of the Reserve 24 provided for elsewhere); and for payments pursuant to sec-25 4...
