Equal Employment Opportunity Commission EEOC The U.S Federal gov. agency charged with enforcing equal employment opportunity laws and executive orders. Based on individuals race, color, national origin, religion, sex, age, and disability. Age Discrimination in Employment Act ADEA Forbids employment discrimination against anyone over the age of 40 Equal Pay Act Mandates equal pay for substantially equal work by men and women Civil Rights Act (Title VII) Prohibits discrimination in employment from race, color, etc. Equal Employment Oppurtunity Act EEOA
