Lost Souls Lecture 20:00 Julian Mussilini, Frenchman Lost Souls “After you die, you will meet God.  Will you be ready?” – Billboard in NJ 87% of Americans say they “never doubt the existence of god”. 93% of the members of the US National Academy of Sciences say the DO NOT  believe  in a personal God. Human beings do not have a soul. The soul is a cognitive illusion / delusion There is no “life after death” This makes life as we know it all the more precious  Three groups of people The choir – people who already believe that we don’t have souls The undecided The enlightened – people who are absolutely certain in their beliefs Setting the stage
