Increasingly over the years, customer service remains a vital part in retaining businesses yet there are minimal solutions that are given in order to improve customer service. Almost all customers have stated that they have either discontinued or continued their business with a company based on their customer service experience. Challenge Currently customer service and sales are interlocked with each other, which roots sales to be priority over customer service.
