Mount St. Helens, Washington Popocatepetl, Mexico   What type of volcanic styles do these volcanoes show? Intermediate, more explosive   What type of volcanic form is shown by Crater Lake and Santorini? Andesitic Volcano    Where is the legend of Atlantis thought to have originated? Group of 5 islands in the Mediterranean between Greece and Crete. Where the  Santorini Volcano erupted.    What type of volcano is formed by rhyolite? How often do rhyolite volcanoes  erupt? High Viscosity, hardly ever happens but when they do they are most disastrous.
