He did a comparative analysis of the Dominican Republic and Haiti , saying and claiming how two countries that share an island can have so many differences. How their political, economic, and ecological histories and changes have influenced these two countries that are the result of ups and down that occurred over the past years affecting their develop through the time . The DR and Haiti are two countries sharing an island, the two of them share colonialism histories and occupations, but have not achieving equal goals; Environmental problems do constrains human societies, but the society’s response is what make the differences ”.
