Car Sales BUS 3059 By: Jenni Butler . The company that I work for sells cars. I want to measure how customers perceive the quality of the cars that I sell. There are many different ways that I can do this. My first goal is to create three survey questions with simple category scales. In addition I need to justify why I selected the questions and the scales. 1. Rank the five things that you like most about the car your drive. (one being the best and five being the least)
