It essence anything that you do at work can get you into trouble. It goes into detail about courts using business records and documentation, and how to use the documentation to your benefit instead. Part 1 Communication Problems and Your Communication Objectives (please list these) This entire article is about problems with communication and business. It covers written communication as a whole but touches other aspects. I think that one communication problem is that people get into a habit at work typing emails or memos as if to a friend. While your co- worker may be a friend, you should always remain professional. One of the communication objectives touches this and how to remain professional. Another objective is to always keep in mind that everything you do at work can be brought into court, even a simple Instant message about coffee. Lastly, the article touches on confidentiality.
