Nick Pulis SPM 205 Extra Credit 11-29-11 One key component in ensuring an event is successful is crowd control. The crowd at a sporting event is one of the most important factors of the game. Making sure that nobody is hurt and everyone is safe is very important. There have been many cases where fans have been hurt because of fan riots and other crowd control issues. One specific event where this happened was at a Vancouver Canucks game. Once the Canucks lost game 7 after the Stanley Cup the crowd what crazy and decided to take down the entire. They also looked very bad on the athletic community because they looked like they did not know how to handle a situation like that. This event put a bad taste in the mouth of every Canuck fan. This shows just how important it is to make sure that the crowd is always under control because win or lose you never know what might happen....
