Assume the resistors and comparators are ideal c) If everything is ideal except the 3 rd comparator from the top and if it has an offset voltage of +200mV(that is, the voltage at the + input must exceed that of the – input by 200mV to change states),determine the desired Boolean output and the actual Boolean output if V IN =760mV.
