Group Members: Tim O’Brien Brandon Worley Patrick O’Donnell Section Time —12:45 Peachtree—Project II 1. Yes, the software allows us to pay Chicago Office Supply more than the amount that is stated on the Invoice. We created a ‘fake’ check number and entered $5,558 into the amount paid, and Peachtree allowed us to go through with the payment. 2. After checking the Inventory, we saw that there are 162 packages of 12 baseballs available on hand. After processing the sale to Eastern Wisconsin University for 262 packages of baseballs, the system allowed us to save the sale. We did not receive a warning. When we were selecting the item of our sale, we did see that there were only 162 packages on hand in inventory. This allows us to see how many we can make in one sale. Once Warren Sports Supply goes to ship the order, they will see they do not have 262 packages in inventory. 3. Voiding a transaction will change the amount of the transaction to zero, but will keep the file of the transaction in the system. On the other hand, deleting the transaction will get
