Office: HW 1548 Course Description: The purpose of this class is to introduce the basic theory and applications of financial decision-making. Student will learn time value of money and apply it to value different cash flow such as bond value, stock value and investment project. The second part of the class is risk and return, including the measure of risk and return, and the portfolio theory. The third part of the class focus on the capital structure theory.
