The product I have chosen to do my finale presentation on is Hewlett Packard Wireless Printer series. This printer has the capability of being either hard wired or wireless to a consumer’s home computer system. The product comes with many capabilities, functions, and components, including printer, scanner, and copier. This printer is not designed for business purposes but that of personal use in a home or home office. The manual will instruct the consumer on how to install the printer and its related components in their home with particular instruction on how to install the printer using wireless technology. The optional criteria I have chosen to use for this manual are first the use of sub-sections and chronological numbering. By dividing information down into sub-sections it allows for a simple, easy to follow set of instructions that the reader can follow step by step. By numbering each step as it goes through the process the reader is able to follow and comprehend the different stages of the process in a logical order that will make sense as each stage of the installation takes place. This use of numbering and sub-sections can also break the written data down further and create of form of visual tool for the reader to follow. The steps by being numbered are also directive in
