Currently I am taking is Centrum multivitamin. After comparing the back label to the charts displayed in chapter eight and nine; I find that the vitamins I am taking have the same if not more of the items listed as ingredients on the back label. The tablets are indeed meeting the vitamin and mineral intake that is required on a daily basis. Currently I am aiming to maintain a healthy lifestyle; I have limited the types and quantities of food I eat on a daily basis. I believe that my diet along with the intake of vitamins assist in a more healthy lifestyle for me in the future. Taking vitamins can help to ensure that my body is receiving the necessary amount of nutrients it requires if they are not being fully met by

It is important to consult your doctor if you have questions regarding your intake of vitamins, or before starting a vitamin program. Toxicity can occur in multivitamins if high levels of ingredients exist. For instance, if you have a high level of Vitamin A it can lead to kidney failure.
