I have received the resumes of five candidates for the position therefore, the purpose of this memo is to review the skills and experience of these five candidates and refer the best one to you for an interview. The following list is the candidates ranked from 1-5 (1 = best 5=least): 1. Beth Dixon Accounting experience Leadership position Customer service skills 2. Randy Hill Leadership position Volunteer (300hrs) Marketing experience Low GPA 3. Rich Layton Finance experience
