Quality Patient Care We have recently received and installed new hampers covers on our linen hampers which allows
us to be in compliance with North Carolina licensure guidelines. Following such guidelines and
continuing excellent service from your nursing staff, helps this facility maintain quality patient
However, large mounds of soiled linen have been spotted on top of some hampers rather than in
them. I understand your staff is often over worked at times in providing our patients with
premium care, and this hospital truly appreciates all your effort, but this task can quickly be
taken care of by a friendly memo.
Therefore, the purpose of this memo is to explain the importance of maintaining quality care for
our patients so that both you and I can assure that everyone in this facility understand how to
property use the new installed hamper covers as quickly as possible. In achieving this goal, our
hospital will be in compliance with the North Carolina state guidelines, and guarantee our
patients that we are making every effort to maintain quality patient care.
