The data sets consist of 40 consecutive cycles taken at approximately 1500 RPM on a 1-cylinder engine. The data files recorded by the CAS are: Cyl1PresTrace: 40 cycles of the firing cylinder pressure trace (in bar) IgnitionPulseTrace: 40 cycles of the spark signal InjectionPulseTrace: 40 cycles of the injection pulse These files can be opened in matlab, or they can be exported to excel as well. Engine specs Bore: 83 mm Stroke: 73.9 mm Rod: 225 mm Clearance Volume: 36349 mm^3 In a short technical report, perform the following tasks and explain how each item was calculated: 1. Calculate the displacement (in cm^3) and compression ratio of this engine based on the geometry given. 2.
