PERSONALITY Three distinct factors that form the personality: Heredity Environment Situation Type A Personality Traits Always on the go, multitask, obsessed with numbers, goal oriented, and measure their success in terms of how many or how much they acquire, impatient. Type B Personality Traits Can relax without feeling guilty, never suffer from a sense of urgency, can play for fun and relaxation rather than being competitive. The population in North American is split 50/50 with Type A/B personalities.
