Week 2 Discussion Question 2 Review the tutorial, Reasonable (SMART) Goal Setting, and answer the following questions: How do you prioritize equally important goals? How do you maintain flexibility and focus in reaching all these goals? Prioritizing equally important goals can be quite challenging, especially when other people are involve, as each individual could have different priority, the key in resolving this issue to compromise, and by analyzing the different out come for the goals and reach an agreement that all party involve are happy and satisfied with. I think by simplifying the entire equal goals, and start with the ones that take less time and effort to complete first, this can be achieved by creating a chart and noting the benefits and time frames for each goal.
