Without revealing personal information, answer the following question: How might being a college student contribute to your stress level? Brainstorm strategies with your classmates for overcoming potential college stressors. Starting college has contributed a great deal to my stress level, I am now constantly thinking about reading materials, answering questions, assignments, taking exams, and paying tuitions. However it is not all-bad stress, when I decided to go back to school, I expected to face extras stress in the process, for the most part it helps me get organized and follow a planned schedule to tackle my daily tasks. The key to keep this stress working in my favor is to deal with it and keep it in control, by reacting positively to each stressor and dealing with any issue that comes up one at a time, starting with the most important one and working our way down to the last one in a timely manner.
