Week 6 Discussion Question 4 What did you learn about yourself from the Kolb Inventory of Learning Styles? How might this information help you as a college student and adult learner? I learned that I possess 3 of 4 abilities of an effective learner. This lets me know that, of course, there's a lot that is left to learn. I'm lacking the abstract conceptualization ability; it states that it helps learners to integrate observations into logical sound theory. I've also learned that discomfort indicates growth. I though when I began to reach a certain level of discomfort that it meant that I was on of verge of just not know whatever it was that was required an answer. I never stopped to think that when you're learning something new, this sometimes happens. One has to stop, be relax, and maybe stretch thereafter, one will feel better. I think that it takes more than just learning strategies to be a effective
