Pregnancy in the Army 2 Pregnancy in the Army and its Impact on Unit’s Deployed to Combat Planned Parenthood can be an exciting, life changing, and beautiful yet rewarding experience. For many Americans it is one of the thing couples look forward to, especially women in a relationship. However some female soldiers in the army may have to approach this differently because of duty requirements which sometimes are considered priority over having a child--something none military women view and take for granted. The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
