OPM-300 MODULE 5 CASE ASSIGNMENT DR. MOHAMED MOHD ZAIN Quite naturally the advantage is that you do not have to leave your home and deal with the hustle and bustle of the world. The satisfaction of knowing that the item requested is in their inventory and the search is over is refreshing. Another advantage is you have the option to buy used books verses a new one at a cheaper price. Searching on-line can inspire customers to look for more books they thought was out of circulation. For instance, I was looking for a specific book, “Pilgrims Progress” that I though could not be found. Once I found it, I started searching for all kinds of books that I thought were out of circulation. Some disadvantages that I can personally attest to is the security of the site. Today, I am still leery of giving personal information on-line. This has limited my shopping because of the risk. Sometimes there is a problem with shipping, they advertise if you order within the next few hours your items will be there the next day.
