Business Plans 2 Examining Sample Business Plans Starting a business requires strategic planning, start-up funds, talented professionals and a comprehensive business plan. To analyze the business plans for three separate businesses, I examined them from several angles. First, does the plan target potential customers / clients? When reviewing each plan I find one business with a solid plan and potential for success, another with a questionable plan and great risk to investors. Ice Dreams (ID) poses the highest risk from the point of view of investors. This plan is one that raises major concerns about the potential for success. The ID’s business plan primarily markets to latest trendsetter based on a theory that shaved ice is the hottest new desert since frozen yogurt. Another negative to this plan is the
