Unformatted text preview: BMGT370 FINAL EXAM FAQ 1. For the exam, I was wondering how much we need to know about Incoterms. Should we just understand their role and why they were adopted? Or should we know about the 4 groups of them as well? You only need to know the general principle behind INCOTERMS, that is, why they were instituted, why they are important, and what they do. 2. How much about the six step process to establishing a 3PL relationship do we have to know? It's vague on the study guide so I didn't know how far into detail I should go into while studying. Also, how does transload freight (on the study guide for number 5 it's labeled &quot;trainload fright&quot;) differ from intermodel fright? Answer: You do not need to know the six step process in detail, simply that there is a logical process to establishing relationships with 3PL's....
