Defendant goes into the alley way, then plaintiff broke a glass took out his eye. Bartender wouldn’t call cops, only a doctor. Issue: Is the owner liable for the one guest injuring the other guest. Law: Duty to protect your guests from other guests. Exercise Reasonable care. Calls the cops - Reasonable Throws them out – Not reasonable, b/c Foreseeable that the fight will continue. Throw one of them out – Maybe o Jack in the Box Inc v. Eastep Facts: Couple go into Jack in the Box 2 am after clubbing. McDonald’s brothers walk in, curse at them, then one wields a
