Information is same regardless of who is there behind the computer. Communication and message is the same regardless of who is there. Person taking your order is interchangeable. o Personal: voluntary commitment between irreplaceable individuals The person you’re interacting with is viewed as an individual; you’re engaging in communication with them and their uniqueness are imminent in that situation; they are not replaceable
