LABORATORY 14 Monostable and Astable Circuits Lab Goals The main purpose of this lab is to introduce monostable and astable circuits. Another goal is to introduce the 555 timer chip, to understand how it works, and to learn about a few of its uses, including how it can be used to build a digital clock and pulse delay generator.
