Weight loss through exercise In order to lose weight you are required to burn more calories on a daily basis than you  consume. It sounds really easy, but it’s difficult to achieve. There are 2 ways of achieving weight  loss. Firstly, you merely eat less food, plus ensure that your diet is high in protein, low in  fat and with a small amount of complex carbohydrates. Secondly, weight loss through  exercise. The most important factor in either maintaining a healthy weight, or losing it  for that matter, is to increase your metabolic rate. Your metabolism will typically allow  you to digest food in the correct manner, while ensuring that body becomes a fat burning  furnace. Weight loss through exercise is the quickest method of firing up your all
