Major 2 GY 402 Sedimentary Petrology St Stephen’s Sedimentary Section Your Task : When we have completed our St Stephen’s Quarry field trip, I will collect the field notes from each of the teams, copy them and provide these data to all students in GY 402. Use them to produce a correlated composite section sedimentary diagram of the study site. Use standard sedimentological symbols where ever possible. Include a title, a legend, vertical and horizontal scales, and a “location map”. Pay careful attention to the instructions for producing sedimentary sections that were given to you during the recent sedimentary sections lecture. Additional information about layout preparation will be provided to you in upcoming lecture(s).
