It is true that what is what to one person may not bewaste to someone else. According to Basel Convention, wastes are substances that are intendedto be disposed by the provisions of national law. Waste is generated during the extraction of rawmaterials, during their processing or their consumption as final products. There are several typesof waste that is generated in the various parts of the world.
