Individual Healthy Eating Plan 2 Healthy Eating Plan Throughout my life I have never really taken nutrition into consideration when eating. I live to eat, not the opposite. Over the last 10 years I have only have been concerned about taking care of my children and others that I have forgotten to take care of me. I also have reduced the amount of exercise over time by making excuse after excuse. I came to realize that there is problem about six months when I weighed myself at my all time high (besides pregnant) of 170 pounds and I am 5’5”, [A period or comma goes inside the closing quotation mark] I have no energy and I keep looking for a quick fix. I realize that my emotional struggles and finically situation have had much to do with my weight gain. I have admitted to myself that I do eat when I am under stress and if I do eat it is nothing of value. I have been trying for several months now to eat better and exercise more so, I can stay healthy, but with no real knowledge of how to do so effectively and in the most efficient manner.
