How entire muscle contracts: The 3 main types and characteristics of skeletal muscle fibers – slow oxidative fibers, fast glycolytic fibers and fast oxidative fibers. Muscle growth (myoblasts and satellite cells) and repair Differences between men and women, anabolic steroids. Topic 8, the muscle system (Chapt. 11): Definitions – origin/insertion, agonist/antagonist, prime mover/synergist (ways to be a synergist). Know also how muscles are named.
