MATH 1272 CALCULUS II FALL, 2011 Lecture #30 MWF 1:25-2:15, Kenneth Keller Hall 3-210 Maury Bramson, Vincent Hall 237, 625-9876 Grading: There will be three midterm exams, each exam counting 1/6 of the final grade. Homework and quizzes will count 1/6 of the grade. The final will count 1/3 of the grade. All will be computed on a point basis. Midterms will be given in the recitation sections; the room for the final exam will be announced in class. The following dates for the midterms are tentative. Exams: Midterm I: Thursday, October 6 Midterm II: Thursday, October 27 Midterm III: Tuesday, November 29 Final: Friday, 1 :30 - 4:30, December 16 Missing an exam is strongly discouraged. Any exam missed without prior consent from the lecturer or recitation instructor will be graded as a zero. When permission is given for a missed exam, the final will be reweighted correspondingly. CALCULATORS ARE NOT PERMITTED FOR THE MIDTERM AND FINAL EXAMINATIONS. Incompletes: Incompletes are restricted to students who have completed all but a small
