AA 320 Lab Aerospace Instrumentation Lab Report Format and Grading In general, a thorough lab report should adhere to the following format and include the following sections. Please keep lab reports as short as possible, for your benefit and ours. T i t l e P a g e Title Performed For (name of your professor & TA) Performed By (your name and names of all partners) Date Performed Introduction (one to two paragraphs) Lab objective or Purpose Any background or other pertinent information you think would be helpful for someone trying to follow what your instruction. P r o c e d u r e Basic outline of the lab setup and steps. For labs with several sections, you may want to break this section up into more than one. Include your circuit schematics in this section. Neat, hand-drawn circuits are sufficient. Use a bulleted format to break down steps Include enough information about all steps from the lab in this section, so someone with a technical background could repeat your lab, don’t go overboard.
